Job summary

Lake Charles Memorial Hospital is seeking an Epic Analyst to drive IS strategy integration and implement Epic and related application systems. The role includes evaluating capabilities, designing efficient solutions, and performing end-user support for assigned applications.

You will collaborate with customers, vendors, and information technology teams to ensure project success, maintain data security, and promote high-quality system performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Associate degree required in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field OR three or more years of relevant experience in Healthcare IT OR three-years working as an Epic Certified Analyst OR five years of experience in healthcare operations, either clinical or business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates IS strategy integration and implementation of Epic systems.
• Evaluates technology capabilities, analyzes workflow, designs efficient solutions, and plans, tests, and implements Epic applications.
• Provides technical and end-user support for assigned application(s).
• Establishes effective working relationships with customers and vendors.
