Qualifications

• 4 years with High School Diploma or 2 years with Associate's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in health care, teaching, or training/adult learning, especially Epic.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; prior implementation experience is a plus.
• EPIC application certification required after onboarding and maintained as required by Epic - CEE.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and install upgrades or new implementations for assigned applications.
• Troubleshoot application issues to determine best resolution.
• Perform maintenance tasks for assigned applications as required.
• Review and test changes in newly released software to ensure integrity.
• Maintain necessary documentation to reflect current system state.
• Communicate progress and potential risk to leadership and customers.
