Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience requirements: 0 years with Bachelor's; 2 years with Associate; 4 years with High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: IT Healthcare experience and Epic implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies analytical skills to design, build and install upgrades and/or new implementations.
• Troubleshoots application issues to determine best resolution.
• Performs maintenance tasks for assigned application(s).
• Maintains documentation of system configurations and changes.
• Meets project deadlines and communicates progress and risks to leadership.
