The role focuses on optimizing Epic EHR workflows and bridging clinical operations with health IT to improve patient care and provider efficiency. You will participate in the full lifecycle of information systems, contributing to reporting, project management, software support, and process changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two or more years of healthcare experience.
• Experience with database tools and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Project management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinicians and Providers by optimizing Epic EHR workflows in the physician office setting.
• Participate in all phases of the information system lifecycle, including reporting and software support.
