St. Luke's University Health Network in Allentown, PA is seeking an Epic Analyst/Builder I to provide basic maintenance, support, and development to assigned Epic applications.

The role involves testing, documentation, and coordinating with instructional designers to develop training materials. Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 0-2 years in IT/healthcare, and be prepared to obtain Epic certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Epic proficiency and/or certification preferred.
• 0–2 years in general computer experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Epic application experience and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Provides basic maintenance, support and development to assigned Epic applications.
• Resolves basic issues and tests application changes; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Develops and maintains KB documentation and training materials with instructional design.
• Informs leadership of new release features and changes affecting operations.
• Collaborates with internal/external contacts and stakeholders on behalf of St. Luke's.
