Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Obtain and maintain Epic certification in assigned application module(s).
• One year of related experience; Epic operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and software functionalities.
• Participate in future state workflow reviews and system build to support new workflows.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT, and end-users to design and implement effective solutions.
• Research issues and propose options including alternatives addressing system limitations.
• Identify opportunities for functional improvement and provide tier-2 support for incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to processes and policies.
