Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience is required.
• Three to five years of Epic experience is required.
• Three to five years of healthcare experience is required.
• MS Office experience is required.
• Overall 3rd party troubleshooting and solutioning experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced maintenance, support, and development to assigned applications.
• Participates on implementation / installation project teams.
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves data and system issues of intermediate complexity.
• Escalates advanced complexity issues as appropriate.
• Develops, validates, and executes application and integrated test plans.
