OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to support design, build, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support of Epic applications. You will translate business requirements into reliable Epic configuration and reporting, partnering with operational leaders to safeguard patient care and compliant revenue cycles.

You will work under guidance of senior analysts, architects, and leads, contributing to IT governance and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning application

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of system/application analysis experience (healthcare environment preferred) or 5+ years if no degree.
• Epic knowledge in clinical, revenue cycle, or IT settings.
• Familiarity with ITIL, change control, SDLC, and project methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and refine requirements; map current-state workflows for Epic build.
• Create specifications, decision logs, and design documents for traceability.
• Support small projects/upgrades under guidance; follow established methodology.
• Coordinate release management and post-live support; ensure SLAs.
• Collaborate with interface teams on HL7, FHIR, data extracts, and reporting.
