Job summary

SolutionHealth seeks an Epic Systems Administrator to install, configure, operate, and maintain the Epic service, client and web application servers. The role includes proactive monitoring and maintenance of the enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and a BS in MIS/CS/IT or related field, plus vendor certifications or proficiency within six months. Work shift is 8am–5pm; SolutionHealth is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting server/storage infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, IT, or related field.
• Vendor certification/proficiency for assigned applications must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to end-user community via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist in deployment, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Support VMware infrastructure including hardware and software administration.
• Coordinate with departments to install and maintain line-of-business applications for assigned systems.
