The University of Kansas Health System invites an experienced Manager to lead the Advanced Technology Hub & Epic Operations, driving revenue cycle automation, Epic optimization, and AI-enabled tools. This hands-on leadership role balances strategy, delivery, and alignment with IT, informatics, and operations in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Hybrid work combines onsite collaboration with remote flexibility while partnering with IT, informatics, and operations to advance Epic workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Designated Epic training to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, informatics, or health IT roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of informatics analysts focused on solution delivery and continuous improvement within revenue cycle operations.
• Support team development through coaching, clear expectations, and consistent communication.
• Foster a high-performance culture through regular feedback, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Oversee Epic EHR optimization and connected third‑party system integrations for efficient revenue cycle operations.
• Serve as Product Owner for the agile informatics team, maintaining backlogs and supporting sprint planning.
