Job summary

North Oaks Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle Applications Manager in Information Technology. The role leads the Revenue Cycle Applications Team to optimize Epic-based workflows across the health system.

Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in a related field, with Epic certification or plan to obtain within 6 months, plus healthcare experience and strong communication and analytical skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize day-to-day work effort of application teams.
• Maintain Epic certification with a high level of competency to configure and build in the Epic System.
• Manage projects and timelines for revenue cycle applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize system performance.
