OhioHealth Corporation seeks a Tech Lead within the IT Revenue Cycle team. The role requires deep Epic Revenue Cycle HB/PB/Claims expertise, leadership across IT, operations, and finance, and ownership of complex system design and delivery.

You will ensure financial accuracy, security, and standardized workflows while guiding architecture and governance across projects. You will lead code/design reviews, collaborate with analysts and vendors, and drive technical decisions to deliver scalable,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
5+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 12–15 years without a bachelor’s across the SDLC.
Expertise in at least one technology stack for designing, developing, testing, and delivering complex software.

Mansioni

Lead cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to deliver complex applications and services.
Provide deep technical expertise and enforce application/architecture vision; safeguard security and integrity.
Oversee design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance improvements; ensure automated tests and documentation.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate ITIL processes for operations, releases, and change management.
