Job summary

Rochester Regional Health seeks a Director of IT Revenue Cycle Applications to lead the enterprise revenue cycle IT portfolio, including Epic mid/back modules and third-party apps. This hybrid role partners with executive leadership to align IT investments with clinical, operational, and financial goals.

You will drive governance, architecture, and delivery across HB, PB, resolving claims, coding, and HIM, ensuring compliance, performance, and revenue integrity in a complex health system.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a health/information systems related field is required.
• Minimum 8+ years in Revenue Cycle IT with leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing Epic mid/back revenue cycle modules and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop IT Revenue Cycle applications portfolio and teams.
• Define multi-year strategic roadmap aligned with clinical, operational, and financial goals.
• Own and oversee Epic HB/PB, Resolute Claims, Coding, and HIM modules and integrations.
• Manage third-party revenue cycle apps, ensuring governance and architecture alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to optimize revenue integrity and coding workflows.
• Drive IT governance, risk, and regulatory compliance relevant to healthcare IT.
• Ensure reliable service management and continuous improvement of applications.
