Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group seeks an Epic Billing Analyst (Epic Certified) to support and maintain Epic Revenue Cycle modules across Patient Accounting, Patient Access, Registration, and Denial Management. The role requires Epic module experience and an Epic Certification or a plan to certify within six months.

The analyst will collaborate with IT and end users to define requirements, develop documentation, and ensure effective systems and workflows in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in at least one Epic module (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute and/or HIM).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Applicable Epic Application Certification required or must complete within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support, and maintenance of Epic Revenue Cycle modules including Patient Accounting, Patient Access, Registration and Denial Management.
• Create system documentation, test scripts and education materials under supervision.
• Assist with planning, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and upgrade of applicable systems.
