Qualifications

• Requires Epic Billing certification and expertise.
• 3–5+ years supporting Epic Professional/ Hospital Billing.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows including claims and denials.
• Experience with configuration, testing, and upgrade planning.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades across Epic Hospital Billing and Epic Professional Billing environments.
• Partner with Patient Access and revenue cycle teams to analyze workflows and improve application performance.
• Assist with implementation, testing, incident resolution, and change control processes.
• Contribute to build, configuration, and ongoing support for billing, claims, and related integrated workflows.
• Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop documentation and training materials for operational stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
