Job summary

CommUnityCare Health Centers seeks a Revenue Cycle Business Informaticist to optimize and manage revenue cycle processes through Epic EMR data. You will design, implement, and support information systems to improve financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will work with the Controller to ensure monthly financial reports tie back to Epic data, reflect service level detail, and support decision making across clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and financial reporting.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leads or participates in Epic EMR revenue cycle implementation and optimization.
• Ensures data transfer from Epic is accurate for financial systems at the unit level.
• Configures and maintains Epic to support revenue cycle processes and data integrity.
• Develops and generates regular and ad hoc revenue cycle reports.
• Maintains monthly dashboards and benchmarks defined by leadership.
• Analyzes revenue cycle data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Acts as SME for resolving Epic-related revenue cycle issues.
• Prepares and analyzes revenue cycle and financial data.
• Collaborates with staff to identify process improvements in revenue cycle.
• Performs reproducible analyses translating data into actionable improvements.
