Job summary

Intepros is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to support a healthcare client. You will partner with clinical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver analytics, BI solutions, and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle data models, SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI, and can translate complex healthcare data into actionable recommendations. You will manage complex projects and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
• Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle data models and healthcare financial data.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying, manipulating, and analyzing complex datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
• Experience with at least one programming or analytical language (Python, R, or SAS).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and database structures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical teams and business stakeholders on large-scale analytics initiatives, including requirements gathering and validation of results.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to evaluate data and drive process improvements.
• Design, develop, and implement dashboards and BI tools to measure organizational performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights for clinical and operational decisions.
• Evaluate new information systems and data lifecycle contributions.
• Translate analytical findings into clear presentations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion and track deliverables.
• Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
