Powers Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to design, test, and maintain Epic reporting solutions and data extracts. You will collaborate with analysts and end users to translate needs into reliable, scalable reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Access, and SSIS.

Responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, documenting specifications, handling tickets per SLAs, and supporting system upgrades while adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or Bachelor degree in a related field with 3+–5 years of reporting/BI experience.
• Experience supporting Epic applications or healthcare reporting environments.
• Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, MS Access or similar reporting and data tools.
• Epic Cogito certification required or to be completed within six months of placement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into accurate reports.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and remote colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical details to nontechnical users.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, data extracts, and reporting solutions.
• Use SQL and reporting tools to retrieve, analyze, validate, and present data.
• Support reporting requests with documentation and testing; adhere to standards.
• Respond to tickets per SLAs; communicate status and issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to define reporting needs and solutions.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy in reports.
• Follow change control procedures for production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and report specifications.
• Ensure HIPAA and privacy compliance for reports and data transfers.
• May support non-Epic systems as organizational needs require.
