The successful candidate will be a mid-level professional working under supervision, collaborating with Revenue Cycle Operations and IT, and mentoring junior analysts while ensuring timely, compliant system solutions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical expertise and application support for hospital revenue cycle software modules including Epic.
• Supports configuration and testing of Revenue Cycle systems.
• Acts as liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations, IT and third-party systems.
• Mentors entry-level analysts and assists with system builds.
• Proposes project timelines and directions to management.
• Communicates status updates and corrective actions to end-users.
