Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Massachusetts seeks an Epic Research Application Analyst to serve as the primary technical resource for Epic Research workflows across the clinical research lifecycle.

You will partner with investigators, study teams, and Digital teams to design, configure, test, and support research functionality while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, health informatics, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years in healthcare IT, clinical research, Epic apps, or a mix.
• Epic Research certification preferred or obtainable within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Epic Research functionality.
• Translate requirements into configuration and workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with IRB, Privacy, Security, and Digital teams to integrate workflows.
• Develop and execute test plans and validate new functionality.
• Provide production support and incident resolution for research users.
• Participate in system upgrades and continuous process improvement.
