Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an Epic Research Application Analyst to act as the primary technical resource for Epic Research functionality. You will partner with investigators, study teams, Digital teams, and research offices to design, build, implement, and optimize research workflows within enterprise systems.

You will translate requirements into configuration, support production incidents, and work with IRB, Privacy, and Security teams to ensure compliant, integrated research

Qualifications

• Experience supporting, configuring, implementing, or maintaining enterprise software applications in healthcare or research.
• Understanding of Epic Research functionality and its workflows.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic Research functionality and workflows.
• Collaborate with IRB, Privacy, Security, and Digital teams to integrate workflows.
• Provide production support and coordinate with vendor teams for incidents and upgrades.
