Job summary
Children's Hospital Colorado seeks a Research Senior Analyst to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of research technology solutions. You will serve as an SME for Epic research functionality and collaborate with investigators, research operations, compliance, and IT leadership to deliver compliant, scalable solutions that support clinical trials and research initiatives.

Qualifications
- Four years of related work experience.
- Epic certification in the primary application within four months of hire.
- Preference for applicants with Epic Analyst experience.
- Ideal candidates have Research Clinical and/or Research Billing Epic certifications.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and diagnoses complex system problems and identifies root cause.
- Gathers and analyzes information to resolve incidents and troubleshoot problems.
- Documents design, application and technical specifications; helps create support and training documents.
- Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for supported systems.
- Mentors team members and leads projects or triages work.
