Job summary

Tanner Health in Georgia seeks an EPIC Principal Trainer for TMG Operations (Days) to develop and maintain the Epic training program for the applications used by physicians and staff. You will work with the training manager, application coordinators, and application managers to ensure the program meets Epic standards and delivers effective education.

As an experienced educator, you will lead adult education efforts, design engaging materials, and deliver clear presentations.

Qualifications

Must have experience in adult education and training.
Ability to read material, identify key points, and summarize accurately.
Flexible to update training content and delivery methods as needed.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and ensure Epic standards.
Willingness to learn new content and develop strong training programs.
Strong communication to trainers and trainees, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Epic training programs for assigned applications.
Collaborate with the training manager, application coordinators, and managers.
Deliver formal presentations and create training materials meeting Epic standards.
Coordinate with specialty champions when training physicians.
