Job summary

Tanner Health is seeking Principal trainers to collaborate with the training manager and application teams to build and maintain training programs for our clinical applications. This role includes partnering with specialty champions on physician-training applications and ensuring training sessions and materials meet Epic standards.

Education requirements are a High School Diploma or GED, and no prior work experience is required.

Job description

Principal trainers (PTs) work with the training manager, application coordinators, and application managers to develop and maintain the training program for the roles in their application. PTs on applications that train physicians also work with specialty champions.
