Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking an IT EPIC Principal Application Analyst to lead the design, build, and optimization of EPIC applications across the enterprise. You will translate complex requirements into scalable IT solutions and guide high-level projects from concept through implementation.

In this role, you will provide advanced troubleshooting, act as a top-tier expert, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient care through optimized technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
5 years working with systems analysis programming/design, including 5 years within Epic Healthy Planet platform.
7 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation or development in hospital/medical industry.
EPIC Healthy Planet Certification

Responsibilities

Lead complex EPIC projects and analyze system functionality.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as a subject-matter expert.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into IT solutions.
Mentor staff in technical and professional development.
Organize resource planning and prioritization of workload.
Drive change and adoption of new initiatives and projects.
