Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Population Health IT Analyst to support, test, and optimize Epic Population Health applications such as Healthy Planet and Inpatient Case Management. This remote role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration, upgrades, and ongoing operations aligned with organization Population Health strategy.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or health IT, or related field, with 3+ years in healthcare IT/clinical informatics, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of relevant healthcare, clinical informatics, application support, or IT analyst experience with a degree; 5 years in lieu of degree.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, testing and maintenance of Epic Population Health applications (e.g., Inpatient Case Management, Healthy Planet, EpicCare Link).
• Support application integration, system upgrades, testing, and ongoing operational support for Population Health growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment to ensure effective system performance and user satisfaction.
