Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is seeking an IT Delivery Lead II for the Epic implementation project in Detroit. The role leads day‑to‑day IT delivery activities, coordinating across business, IT, Epic, vendor, and partner teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years IT experience and at least 2 years in project management, with strong communication skills and experience in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of Information Technology experience.
• Two (2) years project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day IT delivery activities for the Epic implementation project.
• Plan, execute, track risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with business, IT, Epic, vendor and implementation partner teams.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance and readiness align with project lifecycle.
• Facilitate delivery discussions, escalate roadblocks and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Provide status reporting and governance support throughout the project.
