Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan seeks a skilled IT Delivery Lead to drive the Epic implementation project. You will plan, execute, track risks/issues, and coordinate across business, IT, Epic, vendor, and partner teams to maintain alignment on scope, schedule, budget and governance.

Ideal candidates have experience leading large, complex programs across multiple workstreams, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale health IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of Information Technology experience required.
• Two (2) years project management and experience leading projects required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT delivery activities for the Epic implementation project, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, delivery status reporting, and coordination across teams.
• Partner with Delivery Manager, Product Owner, Business Leads, Technical Leads, Architects, and other teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality and readiness.
• Facilitate delivery discussions, manage competing priorities, escalate roadblocks, and maintain alignment between business objectives and IT execution.
• Ensure governance support and coordination across multiple technical and business workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
