Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Lead with Project Management experience to oversee Epic projects for healthcare clients. You will coordinate the collaboration of Accenture teams, vendor teams, and clients to deliver detailed scopes and milestones.

The role requires 6+ years in Healthcare IT, EpicCare Ambulatory certification, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. On-site 3 days per week in multiple U.S. locations is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare IT experience in an EpicCare Ambulatory Leader role.
• EpicCare Ambulatory certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.
• Bonus points for at least 1 full Epic implementation.
• Experience leading multiple teams through iterations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collaboration of multiple teams (Accenture, vendor, client) across Epic projects.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and status updates.
• Maintain executive presence in escalations and reporting.
• Lead design and analysis of new business workflows and detailed requirements.
• Coordinate data requests and mapping with Epic data structures.
