Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Payer Platform Lead to orchestrate cross‑functional Epics in a healthcare setting. You will guide build teams, coordinate with client and vendor teams, and ensure Epic-native configurations meet business requirements.

Strong communication and driver personality are essential for success in this fast‑paced environment. Role requires hands‑on build experience in Epic modules, with advisory transition to client teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in Healthcare IT role.
Minimum 1 year in an Epic Payer Platform leadership role.
A minimum of 5 years of Program or Project Management experience including reporting to executive leadership.
Epic Non-Clinical Certification (HIM, Cadence/Grand Central, Resolute HB/PB) preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee collaboration of multiple teams with Accenture and client teams.
Lead design sessions and translate business requirements into Epic-native configurations.
Create and drive detailed Excel project plans and status updates.
Provide input into high level functional specifications and participate in QA reviews.
Assist with data requests, source-to-target mapping, and system integration testing.
Travel may be required (0–100%).
