The Epic PACE Application Specialist is responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining outpatient workflows and modules of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. This role bridges PACE operations and information technology (IT), and will translate user workflows into system build and configurations. The EpicPACE Application Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for PACE workflows. This role is responsible for providing support, delivering training, and promoting user adoption, while driving system enhancements that align with organizational goals. The position also actively participates in system upgrades and updates to ensure ongoing optimization. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, health information management, healthcare administration, or related field, preferred.
2–5 years of experience working with Epic PACE modules or other EHR clinical systems including charting, ordering, documentation, or scheduling; required;
Clinical background as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or a licensed practical nurse,
Experience in at least one full Epic implementation lifecycle
Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment
$66,489 - $89,355 (commensurate with years of experience)
