Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Epic PACE Application Specialist to support, configure, and optimize outpatient Epic workflows across PACE programs.

You will translate user workflows into system builds, deliver training, and promote user adoption while participating in upgrades and enhancements. The role requires 2–5 years with Epic PACE or similar EHR systems; clinical backgrounds and project management skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience with Epic PACE or other EHR systems.
• Experience leading or mentoring; knowledge of change management and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Epic PACE workflows, including charting, order sets, and templates.
• Collaborate with other Epic modules to ensure integration and consistent workflows.
• Participate in full project lifecycle from design to go-live and post go-live support.
• Create documentation, deliver training, and support workflow adoption.
• Coordinate with IT, clinical, and vendor teams; maintain Epic certifications; assist with upgrades.
