Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic PACE Application Specialist to bridge PACE operations and IT within the Health Systems Applications team.

You will configure, optimize, and maintain Epic PACE workflows, templates, and integration points, serving as SME for PACE workflows and leading user training and adoption. Responsibilities include participating in full project lifecycles, supporting go-lives, maintaining certifications, and collaborating with clinical, IT, and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience working with Epic PACE modules or other EHR clinical systems including charting, ordering, documentation, or scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, health information management, healthcare administration, or related field, preferred.
• Clinical background as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or a licensed practical nurse is preferred.
• Experience with at least one full Epic implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Epic PACE workflows, including charting, order sets, and templates.
• Collaborate with other Epic modules to ensure integration and consistent workflows.
• Participate in full project lifecycle: gathering, designing, building, testing, go live, and post go live support.
• Test and validate software updates, patches, and new versions to ensure compatibility.
• Deliver training to interdisciplinary team members and support staff.
• Assist with change management and workflow redesign efforts.
