Job summary

Nordic Global seeks an Epic Orders Analyst II to support clinical and business apps in Managed Services. You will respond to requests within SLAs, manage documentation, and maintain vendor relationships while planning upgrades and patching.

The role includes contributing to architecture docs and DR/security standards. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s in IT/CS/health informatics and Epic orders certification, with 8+ years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years' industry experience or equivalent.
• Active Epic Orders or Inpatient certification.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests and incidents within SLAs with strong customer service.
• Manage documentation throughout lifecycle and with vendors.
• Plan and execute application upgrades and security patching.
• Lead small analyst projects and coordinate with team members.
• Develop architecture docs, diagrams, and DR/security/compliance artifacts.
