Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking an Application Analyst for the Ambulatory team with a focus on Epic MyChart and patient experience applications.

This role provides technical and operational support for the organization’s digital patient experience needs while supporting broader Ambulatory systems. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (waived if four years of certification/experience) and four years of Epic experience, strong communication, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Experience supporting Epic or other applicable applications.
• Bachelor's degree required (waived if 4+ years of certification/experience).
• Four years' certified Epic experience supporting Epic or other applicable application.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for the applications supported.
• Establishes and manages change control procedures for the application.
• Provide 24 hour coverage for system users and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze new functionality in software releases and coordinate updates.
• Manage the business relationship to evaluate and develop enhancements.
• Participate in projects and respect established timelines.
