Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.
• Three years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment and procedures.
• Analyst level and role qualifications per IT Analyst Ladder policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for the application.
• Coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application areas.
• Maintain current Epic certifications and keep up with required trainings.
