TEKsystems seeks an Epic MyChart IT Specialty Analyst to support design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance of patient-facing Epic solutions. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to enhance digital patient engagement while ensuring platform stability and compliance.

Ideal candidates hold current Epic MyChart certification with hands-on Epic build experience and have 3+ years of Epic app experience.

Qualifications

Current Epic MyChart certification with hands-on Epic build experience.
Experience supporting Epic upgrades, testing, deployment, and production support.
Knowledge of MyChart workflows: scheduling, eCheck-In, messaging, video visits, account management.
Experience with Ambulatory, Prelude, and Cadence applications.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, stakeholder engagement, and documentation.

Responsabilités

Support design, build, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of patient-facing Epic solutions.
Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to enhance digital patient engagement.
Ensure platform stability and regulatory compliance.
