Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Systems Analyst to support configuration, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Epic applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Epic build experience and strong knowledge of MyChart and interoperability solutions.

Role focuses on configuring and testing Epic MyChart and Care Everywhere, analyzing requirements, and delivering scalable improvements while maintaining documentation and supporting upgrades.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Certification/Proficiency in MyChart and Care Everywhere.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar technical role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic application configuration, build, testing, and support.
• Strong understanding of system analysis, application configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, and maintain Epic MyChart and Care Everywhere applications.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver application improvements.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance, and optimization initiatives.
