Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking an Epic Ambulatory / MyChart Analyst to support Epic outpatient workflows and patient engagement solutions. The analyst will configure, optimize, test, and provide ongoing support for Epic Ambulatory and MyChart applications in a healthcare delivery environment.

The role collaborates with providers, clinical staff, and IT teams to improve workflows, deliver documentation and training, and ensure successful upgrades and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Ambulatory and/or MyChart applications.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and patient portal functionality.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Epic Ambulatory and/or MyChart certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Ambulatory and MyChart modules.
• Gather and analyze business and clinical requirements.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with providers, clinical staff, and technical teams to improve workflows.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing production support.
