Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support configuration, maintenance, testing, and optimization of patient facing Epic applications. This role collaborates with stakeholders, application teams, trainers, and end users to improve MyChart functionality and workflows.

The analyst will manage incident resolution, perform testing, and document workflows, while supporting system upgrades and on-call rotations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Active Epic MyChart certification.
• At least three years of Epic or healthcare app experience.
• Experience configuring, supporting or maintaining Epic MyChart.
• Experience with application testing and workflow documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for MyChart users.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve MyChart issues.
• Design, build, implement, maintain, and enhance the MyChart application.
• Evaluate and resolve service tickets promptly.
• Assist and support other Epic analysts as needed.
• Support all phases of application testing and document workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users, trainers, and app teams.
• Provide ongoing production support and participate in on-call rotations.
