Job summary

Sentara Health Plans seeks an experienced Epic MyChart/Cadence Analyst in Virginia Beach to support, optimize, and implement Epic MyChart and Cadence solutions. You will work with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze workflows, configure enhancements, and ensure effective system use.

Requirements include Epic MyChart Certification, 5+ years of Epic experience, and strong testing, incident management, and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Epic MyChart Certification is required.
• Experience supporting Epic MyChart and Epic Cadence builds, configuration, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Experience gathering business and clinical requirements, conducting workflow analysis, and recommending process improvements.
• Experience developing and executing system testing plans, documenting results, and validating releases.
• Experience with incident management, change management, service requests, and troubleshooting in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic MyChart and Cadence applications.
• Analyze business and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced system utilization.
• Evaluate application releases, upgrades, and new functionality; provide recommendations and implement approved solutions.
• Configure, build, test, and document application enhancements, software upgrades, and patches.
• Develop system test plans and maintain documentation of testing progress and outcomes.
• Manage incidents, service requests, application issues, and system changes in accordance with established processes.
