Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an Application Analyst to serve as the primary resource for MyChart initiatives, including branding updates, questionnaire maintenance, and online scheduling configuration. The role supports existing customers and contributes to new Community Connect partnerships.

Epic certification in MyChart and Cadence is required, with Community Connect experience a plus. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
• Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by Epic and their relation to the technical environment.
• May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
• Supports implementations for assigned products including testing, QA, reporting, and training users.
