Job summary

Grady Health System in Atlanta seeks a Sr. Application Analyst to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic MyChart applications within the Digital Engagement Solutions team.

You will obtain Epic certification, configure workflows, provide on-site Go-Live support, document procedures, train IT staff and users, and collaborate across teams.

The role may be remote with residency in Georgia; strong Epic billing experience and healthcare IT background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IS, CS, or related field.
• Strong experience in Epic Hospital Billing build/configuration/workflows.
• Epic MyChart certification and healthcare IT background.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and maintains Epic MyChart certification for assigned module.
• Designs, validates, and builds future-state workflows with stakeholders.
• Provides on-site Go-Live support and ongoing system configuration.
• Develops documentation and trains IT staff and user clients as needed.
• Coordinates with leads and IT leadership on status, issues, and changes.
