Job summary

FMOLHS is seeking an Epic Application System Analyst 3 to design, configure, support, and maintain Epic systems across facilities. The role emphasizes technical, systems and application support to maximize organizational performance and seamless Epic integration into workflows.

The candidate will collaborate with IS leaders and end users to implement efficient, data-driven improvements, uphold data privacy, and stay current with industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an Epic Certified analyst and 5 years of IS System Application experience OR 7 years of experience in healthcare, clinical, or business operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of experience as licensed health care clinical professional, business operations or information systems.
• Working Conditions: Occasional pressure due to multiple calls and inquiries; travel may be required; requires good hand–eye coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates vision development, solution design, standards guidance, project scoping, IS strategy integration and implementation of Epic systems.
• Evaluates technology, systems and application capabilities; analyzes workflow and data flow; plans, designs, tests and implements systems.
• Collaborates with Information Services and end users to develop efficient, cost-conscious technology specifications.
• Maintains data integrity and privacy; ensures security policies are followed.
