Guidehouse’s Health IT Solutions team seeks a Consultant with Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle experience to support implementation and optimization for healthcare clients. You will work hands-on across front-end patient access to billing and collections, under senior guidance to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required
• 2+ years of hands-on Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle experience
• Experience supporting revenue cycle functions end-to-end (billing, collections, denials)
• Involvement in at least one Epic/MEDITECH implementation or major optimization
• Experience in a consulting, analyst, or operational support role

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and optimization of Epic and/or MEDITECH revenue cycle applications
• Participate in Epic/MEDITECH implementation or optimization projects as part of a project team
• Assist with current-state workflow analysis and contribute to improvement recommendations
• Build, test, and validate Epic/MEDITECH functionality across Revenue Cycle areas
• Support development of end-user training materials and sessions
• Document workflows, configurations, and project artifacts
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical resources
• Provide support during go-live activities and issue resolution
