Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks an Epic Patient Access Consultant to help healthcare clients optimize Epic Revenue Cycle workflows and system configurations. You will work in a remote consulting environment, supporting build, testing, and real-time eligibility improvements.

The role requires Epic Prelude certification and hands-on Epic RTE experience, with travel up to 25% for milestones. Join a team focused on delivering better clinical outcomes and operational excellence for health systems

Qualifications

Epic Prelude certification is required.
Hands-on Epic RTE experience required.
Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle workflows, configuration, and optimization.
Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project milestones.

Responsibilities

Support Epic Revenue Cycle workflow and system configuration optimization.
Complete and/or develop specifications for Epic build and testing activities.
Optimize Real-Time Eligibility (RTE), including query chaining, benefit filing, and plan mapping.
Support ASA table / Auto Status Assignment optimization for referrals.
Assist with registration, authorization, and front-end workflow enhancements and automation.
Optimize patient and referral workqueues and related Revenue Cycle processes.
Partner with client IT teams to support implementation and testing.
