Guidehouse Health Technology Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to independently deliver Epic Grand Central engagements for hospitals and health systems. You will analyze patient flow, bed management, and capacity issues, configuring Epic modules to optimize operations and support go-live and stabilization efforts.

The role requires hands-on Grand Central configuration, cross-functional collaboration with hospital operations, clinical informatics, and Epic teams, and travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Epic Grand Central certification or substantial experience with ability to obtain certification.
• Hands-on Epic Grand Central configuration and support experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead Epic Grand Central engagements and related capacity management projects.
• Analyze workflows, configure Epic Grand Central, and optimize patient flow and bed management.
• Design future-state workflows and document technical/operational requirements.
• Develop and execute unit and integration testing for Epic configurations.
• Support go-live activities and post-live stabilization.
