RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Credentialed Trainer I to deliver Epic and IT training for end users. You will use current curricula to conduct sessions, support end-user learning, and collaborate with the project and training teams to enhance the training program.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and successful credentialing, with opportunities to lead courses and manage course materials. This salaried position supports a day shift in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Credentialing Program and Panel in at least one application expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic and IT application training for end users.
• Utilize current curriculum, lessons, and training materials.
• Collaborate with project and training teams to develop and maintain training programs.
• Lead or co-instruct regular training courses.
• Maintain pre-course and post-course administrative processes.
• Escalate issues to Principal Trainers as needed.
