Qualifications

• An approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical Experience, Adult Education Experience / Microsoft Office Experience / Webex Experience
• Epic Trainer Credentialed preferred but not required: (will train the right candidate)
• Level 1 - At least 2 years of relevant clinical, technical, educational or operational experience
• Level 2 - At least 5 years of relative clinical, technical, educational or operational experience and Epic Credential within 1 year of hire required
• Level 3 - Greater than 5 years of relevant clinical, technical or operational experience and Epic certification at time of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for clinical and non-clinical end users in Epic.
• Setup and breakdown of the training classes they are scheduled to facilitate, including inventorying and distributed participant supplies.
• Administer proficiency assessment and class evaluation at the end of each session, and forward ideas to improve training to the team.
• Employ excellent communication skills in sharing information with users within the department.
