RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer I to deliver Epic and IT application training to end users. You will use current curriculum and materials while collaborating with project and training teams to develop and maintain the training program.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and successful credentialing along with strong problem-solving and detail-oriented capabilities to support a salaried day shift in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Passing Credentialing Program and Panel in at least one application expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Epic and IT application training to end users.
• Utilize current curriculum, lessons, and training materials.
• Collaborate with project and training teams to develop and maintain training programs.
• Coordinate and lead training sessions as lead instructor or co-instructor.
• Maintain pre-course and post-course administrative processes.
• Escalate issues to Principal Trainers as needed.
